1. Introduction
At PayolStudy, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for services provided through our ERP system. By using PayolStudy, you agree to this policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Subscription & Service Cancellation
- Users (schools, teachers, parents, or students) may request cancellation of their subscription or service before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@payolstudy.com or through the account settings in the app.
- Once a cancellation request is approved, users will continue to have access to services until the end of the current billing period.
2.2 Cancellation by PayolStudy
PayolStudy reserves the right to cancel any subscription or service under the following conditions:
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions or misuse of the platform.
- Non-payment of fees or recurring payment failures.
- Any fraudulent activity or unauthorized access detected.
Important: Canceled accounts will lose access to all stored data after a 30-day retention period, unless backup services are requested.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:
- Double payment or duplicate transaction for the same service.
- Failure of service delivery due to a technical error on PayolStudy’s end.
- Payment made for a service that was never activated due to a system issue.
3.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following services are non-refundable:
- Subscription fees once the service period has started.
- One-time registration fees, setup fees, or onboarding charges.
- Any fees paid for customizations, integrations, or premium features.
- Payments for services that have been fully utilized.
3.3 Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must:
- Submit a written request via email to support@payolstudy.com within 7 days of payment.
- Provide proof of payment (transaction details, receipt, or invoice).
- Clearly state the reason for the refund request.
Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited through the original payment method.
4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
- If a payment dispute or chargeback is raised, PayolStudy reserves the right to suspend the user’s account until the issue is resolved.
- Any false or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent account suspension and legal action.
5. Service Downtime & Compensation
- In the case of extended downtime (exceeding 48 hours due to technical issues), PayolStudy may provide compensation in the form of service credits but not cash refunds.
- Compensation is at the sole discretion of PayolStudy’s management.
6. Changes to Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of major changes through email or in-app notifications.
